粉末冶金技術(shù)水平，相關(guān)專業(yè)組識(shí)和人士，為“引進(jìn)”國外先進(jìn)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)技能知識(shí)方面，己進(jìn)行了大量工作。本附件所列初級(jí)必讀參考資料中，已用中文者(有的已省略原文)，即他們已經(jīng)完成的對(duì)應(yīng)編(翻)譯與出版工作的成果。為進(jìn)一步說明其背景情況，我們特提供本附件供大家參閱。

APM(Powder Metallurgy Technologist)是APMI International為確認(rèn)具有粉末冶金廣闊領(lǐng)域知識(shí)的專業(yè)人員而建立的一種自學(xué)教育認(rèn)證。認(rèn)證分為初級(jí)(1evel I)與*(1evel Ⅱ)。自學(xué)完規(guī)定的課程后，經(jīng)考試合格者，授予正式的PMT證書。至2006年，通過初級(jí)考試的已有229人，通過*考試的16名。
APM International規(guī)定的初級(jí)與*PTM認(rèn)證者必讀的參考資料如下：
初級(jí)(Level I)必讀參考資料：
